Microsoft Ads needs an administrator's approval
Some organizations let only an administrator approve apps for work and school accounts. Send them the link Adplane gives you, then connect again.

What it means
When you connect Microsoft Advertising with a work or school account, Microsoft checks your organization's rules for apps. Many organizations let only an IT administrator approve an app, so Microsoft stops the sign-in and Adplane shows a page titled "Your administrator needs to approve Adplane". Microsoft's own codes for it are AADSTS65001, AADSTS90094, AADSTS90095 and AADSTS650052.
How to fix it
Send the link to your administrator
On that page, click Copy link and send the link to your IT administrator.
Your administrator approves Adplane
They open the link, sign in as an administrator of your organization and choose Accept. They then see a page that says "Adplane is approved".
Connect again
Click Connect again on that page, or connect Microsoft Ads again from your accounts page.
If your administrator sees that your organization has not enabled Microsoft Advertising, the page gives them the Microsoft Advertising application ID to add in Microsoft Entra first.
If you sign in at ads.microsoft.com with a personal Microsoft account instead, connect again and choose that account. A personal account approves Adplane itself.

The permissions Adplane asks for, on the approval screen Microsoft shows them. Each person in the organization still signs in themselves, and Adplane reaches only the ad accounts that person's login can open.

Connect Microsoft Ads again from your accounts page. Microsoft stops at the same step, and Adplane shows the page with the link again.
