Terms of service
Effective July 31, 2026
These terms govern your use of Adplane. By using Adplane you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it. Questions: support@adplane.ai.
What Adplane does
Adplane connects the ad accounts you authorize to Claude and other MCP clients so you can work with them in natural language. Adplane acts only at your direction: it reads data when you ask, and it never changes anything in an ad account unless you explicitly ask for that specific change.
Your Google Ads accounts
- You connect Google Ads through Google's OAuth consent flow, and you may connect only accounts you are authorized to access.
- Some Google Ads tools can make changes to your accounts. Each change is made only after you explicitly ask for that specific action. Everything Adplane creates starts paused, and nothing spends unless you explicitly enable it.
- You are responsible for how you use the data Adplane surfaces and for any decisions you make based on it.
- Ad spend is yours. Charges that Google bills to your connected accounts, including spend resulting from changes you asked for and enabled, are your responsibility, not Adplane's.
Plans, billing, and renewal
- Adplane is a paid subscription. Current prices and any free trial are shown before you subscribe and on the billing page.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period you chose until you cancel.
- We may change prices or plan limits. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle, and material changes will be communicated in advance.
Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel anytime from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep paid features until then and are not charged again.
- Payments for partial billing periods are not refunded by default. If you were charged in error, email support@adplane.ai and we will make it right.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Adplane to access data you are not authorized to access, to interfere with its operation, or to violate Google's terms or applicable law.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or abuse Adplane or its underlying APIs.
No warranty
Adplane is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adplane and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or ad spend, arising out of or related to your use of Adplane.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Adplane and revoke its access at any time from the accounts page or your Google Account permissions. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the service.
Changes
If these terms materially change, the effective date above changes with it, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
